OVERVIEW
This course provides you with current and relevant skills preparing you for or enhancing existing employment in the Hospitality Industry.
You may be an international student or domestic student wishing to prepare for work, or simply an individual wishing to gain basic skills to enter the Hospitality industry.
This course will cover basic food and beverage service skills, three plate carry, tray service, serving guests, personal presentation, resume development and job interview preparation. You will participate in practical activities and service simulation preparing you for job readiness.
LOCATION
This course is delivered at Lonsdale Institute’s Melbourne campus, Level 4, 505 Little Collins St, Melbourne.
COURSE DURATION
One 5-hour session face to face.
WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU
Pen and notepad.
DELIVERY AND ASSESMENT
Delivery will be via practical demonstration and active participation.
LEARNING OUTCOME
On completion you will receive a Certificate of Participation.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Students must be 18 years of age or over and have a good understanding of written and spoken English.

Please note that due to the small number of participants in our classes, we are unable to offer refunds to learners who change their mind after purchasing a course or who do not attend the course on the day it is being held.
Change of Course Dates

Once received, we will do our best to move your booking to the next available date.
