This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a
variety of junior administrative positions who perform
a range of mainly routine tasks using limited practical
skills and fundamental operational knowledge in a
defined context. Individuals in these roles generally
work under direct supervision.

A variety of methods are incorporated into the course to accommodate different learning styles. These include project work, reports, portfolio development as well as individual presentations.
To enter this qualification, candidates must provide evidence of the following:
> Year 12 or equivalent literacy and numeracy levels
> 18 years of age or over.
> IELTS 4.0 (CEFR B1) equivalent (Intermediate level) English language proficiency is required for International students
